Are we starting to notice a pattern here? I go ghost & come back about every 2-6 months. Also this is my first time writing his on my phone so let’s see how it goes.

May have noticed from my socials, but I finally completed my 88 days with one month to spare!! My plan was to head back to Perth after this but Broome is growing on me, I think I’ll stay a bit longer. I applied for my second year visa about an hour ago & it has already been granted!!!!
ANOTHAAA YEAR IN AUSTRALIA BABY!
Which also means I have another year to find a husband so I can stay forever. Or let’s be real, the easier way would be to get sponsorship.
Speaking of “husband”, Grandma, you’d love to know that I have been on more dates since being in Australia than I ever have back in the states. Clearly the guys back home need to take notes. Taking a girl on a date doesn’t have to be anything crazy. Just good vibes, good conversation (mostly), and different experiences. It makes me realize what I do & don’t want for my future partner. So, grandma, I love you, but no boyfriend over here. Still living & loving my single life!
Solo travel still never ceases to amaze me. I’ve met so many amazing friends from all over the world. I’ll get into that next time, but meet Doug and Alice. My Australian children. I was rooming with Alice (&Doug basically he was always in our room haha) for about 2 months before I moved into my own room. They are literally 10 years younger than I am, which is crazy because they’re so mature for their ages. They are from Adelaide, Australia traveling around.

We went boating & I learned quickly I get very sea sick. It was not fun! Which I should’ve known better because I got nauseous on the east coast but nothing like this. Then I got heat exhaustion. Needless to say I won’t be back on a boat for a while.

Yes, I moved into my own room!!! Telling you if you really think about it, it’s not worth the money for the room itself. BUT it IS worth it in a way because my mental health has been so much better. Y’all know me, I enjoy my own space more than anything. Living with Erin it didn’t count because we were basically one person. I wish I could count how many people I’ve actually lived with in the past year. I have my own toilet & shower which is a huge game changer. I’ve realized that I have way too much belongings though.
Stay safe as always!
